We have started "PROJECT 7-17" that will lead children and young people in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Ages 7-17 kids and youth are being reached out and lovingly cared for through biblical teachings.

Everyday approximately 1.5 million children around the country roam the streets to work for food to satiate their hunger, to find whatever shelter they can have to rest their weariness, and to find love and meaning in their young lives.  Studies have shown that as they increase in numbers, so does the juvenile crime rates, child prostitution, disease and poverty.  His World Christian Foundation Inc. has proven that time and again with its daily street ministry for more than ten years now. 

Part of the daily street children ministry in Manila is to provide sustenance not only for their bodies but also for their souls.  As HWCFI continuously reaches out to countless children who have turned the dangerous streets into playgrounds, HWCFI hopes to be a catalyst of change for their lives as well. 

HWCFI provides food and nourishment to street children as well as teaching them the invaluable truths that only His Word can offer.  By telling them stories of Jesus from the Bible in a language that they can understand, they are also given a chance to hope and look beyond their despair.  HWCFI hopes to point them towards the right path that leads to Jesus through Bible stories that becomes their standards of living in a time and place where most of what they have witnessed are the horrors of poverty and crime.
