BUILD-ERS for His Worthy Cause

With the global innovations of modern technology and the rapid development of various industries all over the world, great big cities have towering skyscrapers to show for its success.  We at His World Christian Foundation Inc. would like to build skyscrapers for His World as well by being “BUILD-ers” of His people. 

Besides HWCFI’s scholarship funds, one of our major projects to establish livelihood programs for economically underprivileged families to help them eventually support their own needs in the future.  By teaching them skills that they can build on as careers and businesses, HWCFI is hopeful that they would no longer have to resort to a life of poverty, crime and injustice in the streets. 

Much like the old adage of not only giving the poor to eat but the capacity to hunt or fish for their own sustenance, HWCFI is building jobs for its beneficiaries. Such as the arts and crafts program in Payatas, Quezon City – one of the most impoverished urban areas of Manila – the products will be sold in the market for the benefit of the children and their families who have put in the effort to create trinkets that clients can enjoy not only as a part of their fashion sense, but as well as their passion for humanitarian projects such as ours. 

Another livelihood program that HWCFI is currently working on is the HIS Photography program wherein artistically inclined young people are given on the job training skills to be photographers and videographers through the economical packages provided by the video and photo coverage services of by HIS Photography.  Other skills being taught in the program are digital photo editing, video editing, website creation, development, and maintenance. 

But as other worthy causes go, there are always needs that HWCFI is striving to meet for these livelihood programs to achieve sustainability.  Needs for costly equipment, such as professional digital cameras, video cameras, desktop and laptop computers, lights, and other materials are minor hindrances that the foundation is currently working to overcome.  This is why His World Christian Foundation Inc is in need of your support through donations.  We would appreciate any kind of support.  Support HWCFI by clicking the link below: I WANT TO BE A  BUILD-er!
