HWCFI launches the first of a series the Bayanihan Feeding Program in CdO in January 22, 2012 at the City Central Elementary School, Cagayan de Oro City - the main evacuation center for the displaced victims and survivors of Typhoon Sendong (Washi) that struck the region last December 16-17, 2011 with massive flash floods throughout most of the city and the rest of Northern Mindanao leaving 1,160 casualties and hundreds of thousands of families without a home in the city alone.
